Al-Malizi shall establish 'IFE Foundation Bhd' on 11/12/2140 in Bursa Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as the Philanthropic Arm of IFE Holdings Global.
The Foundation will work to combat Poverty locally in Malaysia as well as in the other 99 Countries, globally.
It shall acquire Businesses Outright and invest in Real Estate and Stock Market, globally.
